Auction-based Service Provider Startup ~ 1/04 - 7/04 Hired by entrepreneur to design and develop a call center based service that routed trucks to customer homes and businesses to package products for resale, and promote the products for sale on online auction websites. Designed and developed business, marketing, financial, and operations plans. Designed and developed sophisticated truck routing system, and auction tracking and payments systems using COTS software, and Microsoft Office products. Supported client in the initial phase of operations startup.
