Consummate management consultant,
change agent, and leader with twenty-two (22) years
of improving the profitability and operational
efficiency of more than sixty (60) mid- and
large-size organizations, including divisions of
Global 100 and Fortune 500 firms. Perform
qualitative and quantitative analysis, and
re-engineer cash-to-cash core processes to reduce
lead-times, normalize capacity, restore margin
erosion, and align and balance demand and supply.
Architect and implement tactical and operational
frameworks, processes, and systems to meet strategic
objectives. Coach executives and management on:
strategy execution, profitability and cost
management, human capital management, customer
relationship management, supplier management, and
distribution and manufacturing best practices. Four
(4) years of experience working with Deloitte &
Touche: Two (2) as an employee, and two (2) as an
independent lead on two of their yearlong, JD
Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
implementations.
ERP software
experience includes the implementation and/or
re-engineering of the software and business
processes for more than fifty (50) client
projects. Twenty-five (25) of the ERP projects
include significant JD Edwards EnterpriseOne,
OneWorld, and World software consulting work.
Extensive experience with Quote-to-Cash,
Order-to-Cash, Cash-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and
Product Life-cycle Management processes in
Buy-Resell, Make-to-Stock, Assemble-to-Order,
Build-to-Order, and Engineer-to-Order manufacturing
and distribution environments.
